Can I get extra nights in my package
when we are ready to travel?
|
Normally, Yes. We can customize your package
to fit your individual needs. Most of the resorts and hotels
we work with allow extended stays. Additional nights are
subject to availability and prevailing rates. If you wish
to add extra nights, simply contact someone in our reservations
department and inquire about availability.

Are there any additional charges?
|
The price paid for your package covers
everything included in the package. The only additional
charges to the package are state and/or local taxes and
certificate fees. Consult your certificates for those charges.
Taxes normally depend on time and location of travel and
are paid while traveling.

How do I make reservation requests
for my certificates?
|
This is easy... just follow the instructions
within your particular certificate. Our office does not
handle reservations or processing of these certificates,
so please refer to them for the particulars.

Can I bring a pet?
|
Sorry, none of the resorts or hotels we
use allow pets in the rooms.
 |
Why do I need to give two choices of
arrival dates?
|
Although our packages normally do not
have any blackout dates, all requests are subject to availability.
Meaning, the earlier you request your dates the better
chance you have to ensure your first choice. We ask for
2 choices, in the event that your first choice is sold
out. Remember that we require a 21 day minimum advance
notice prior to booking travel dates, and we ask for 45
days if your coming during the summer or on a major holiday.

Can I make this vacation a group vacation
or family reunion?

These packages are designed for individual
families and some resorts restrict group travel. Because
these packages are designed for introducing families to
vacation ownership, we ask that individual families travel
separately. However, you can refer a friend and we can
book them into a separate package.

Can I request a particular type of
room?
|
Room location and type are allocated are
at the discretion of the resort or hotel. We can request
certain room sizes or types, but we can not guarantee the
accommodations. Remember again, the earlier you request
your travel dates, the better chance we have to accommodate
your requests.

When can I expect to receive a final
written confirmation?
|
We make your bookings as soon as we receive
your formal written request. It normally takes within 7-10
business days to get a confirmation. You can expect to
receive a final written confirmation, map, check in instructions
and any dated coupons included in your package within 14
business days of the time you submit your request. Please
remember not to make any travel arrangements without a
written confirmation of accommodations. Also, if
your request is more than 6 months in advance it may take
longer to get your request confirmed because some resorts
and hotels do not book that far in advance. If needed,
ask you reservationist for more information.

What happens if I can not use my package
or wish to return it?
|
Please refer to the full terms and conditions
included in the paperwork of your package for complete
details, but if you need to, package expirations can be
extended for a small fee. Also, if you have returned a
package for refund, you can normally expect a refund check
within 30 days of the return of the package to our offices.

After you have purchased a vacation package,
you may either speak to your representative or someone
in our reservations and customer service department. They
will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you
