This page is only for travelers that are holding a currently active vacation package from Gecco Marketing, Inc.  It does not matter what promotional package you have, simply fill out the information below to send us your request of travel dates.  Please be sure to fill in ALL the information below.  The fields in bold are REQUIRED.  Please note and special requests also.  Submitting this form takes the place of either mailing or faxing your request.  Confirmations normally take 7-10 business days to get back, so please allow for processing time.

NOTE: This request form is only for the portions of your package through Gecco Marketing, Inc. and not for any certificates that may have been included as part of your package.  Please refer to the directions on your certificate in order to make travel arrangements.

Making your reservation is as easy as 1.... 2..... 3.....

STEP 1: Please select your dates.  We must receive them at least 21 days in advance of your requested arrival and check-in date or 45-60 days if you plan to arrive during a Holiday period or summer season. When making you reservation, we request a first and second choice of dates you wish to arrive. Your first and second choices MUST be at least 14 days apart. This is due to space availability. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE FOR YOUR VACATION OR MAKE AIRLINE RESERVATIONS WITHOUT WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM US.

STEP 2: Fill out all area’s below. Be sure to enclose or call us to charge your balance payment, if applicable. We can not confirm your dates until full payment has been made and we have received this completed form. Please feel free to call us about particular dates, we are here to help you, however we must receive this form from you before we can confirm the dates you have selected. If traveling to more than one locations be sure to fill out all applicable sections.

STEP 3: Click the SUBMIT button at the bottom after you have completed this form. Your reservation request will be processed when your form has been received. A written, final confirmation will be mailed back to you as soon as accommodations are secured.

Many of our special promotion packages include more than one travel destination.  Please include all that you wish to request travel dates for.  If you are interested in Upgrading your Orlando accommodations, be sure to put your Orlando request in the top selection box. And please note that Upgrades are always subject to availability.
